Our Alumni
I joined JELU six years ago. It was a path that let me grow in concrete ways, taking on roles of responsibility up to the Presidency and the role of General Manager. I had the chance to launch the Public Affairs and Lobbying area and to lead strategic projects.
JELU gave me a great deal: vision, method and a solid network that still supports me today.
I now work at Strategic Management Partners, where I support large companies on strategy and digitalisation projects.
After graduating in Economics and International Management at Luiss, I began my journey at JELU as a marketing consultant, going on to become President in 2019. In those years I worked on national and international market analyses, led award-winning sustainable development projects and contributed to the association’s economic growth.
JELU taught me to work in a team to tight deadlines and ambitious targets, skills that were essential when I joined Deloitte.
I am now a Senior Consultant working on strategy, budgeting and planning in international M&A.
I was part of JELU between 2022 and 2023, first as a member and then as head of the HR area. It was an experience that taught me the value of ambition, of relationships and of teamwork.
Thanks to JELU I learned to manage people and complex situations, developing skills that have been essential along my path.
I am now an M&A analyst at Banca Sella, in the Corporate & Investment Banking division.
I joined JELU in 2016, starting out in the Business Consulting area. Over the years I held several roles, up to sitting on the Board as Secretary General. It was an experience that helped me grow a great deal, both personally and professionally.
JELU taught me the value of being proactive, of teamwork and of how important it is to build solid relationships. I still carry all of that with me today.
I now work at Enel X Way as a Global Financial Planning & Control Specialist, handling the economic planning of electric mobility worldwide.
I joined JELU in 2021 and, from that moment on, it became my real partner in crime throughout my university years. I started in the Marketing area, taking on roles of growing responsibility, from Area Head all the way to the Presidency.
JELU taught me that ambition has no limits when it is backed by passion and resilience, and that making mistakes is a fundamental part of growing: better to dare and fail than not to try at all. On top of that, it showed me the value of putting people first, building relationships and getting teams involved, today one of the most important skills in my professional life.
I am currently Internal Communication Accountant at Fater.
